How To Get To Divine Tower Of Limgrave Route And Key Locations

Navigating the vast world of Elden Ring often leaves players searching for critical structures that unlock major character upgrades. Among these, the Divine Tower of Limgrave is a key destination for anyone looking to empower Godrick's Great Rune after vanquishing the boss. Reaching this massive structure requires navigating through dangerous fortress courtyards and across a heavily guarded bridge.

Starting from Stormveil Castle

Your journey begins within Stormveil Castle after defeating Godrick the Grafted or navigating its dangerous main gates. From the central courtyard, players must head toward the eastern exit that leads to a guarded archway. Inside this pathway, you will encounter a formidable Lion Guardian guarding the passage toward the bridge.

Sprinting past this creature allows you to safely reach the Limgrave Tower Bridge Site of Grace. Resting at this checkpoint resets enemy aggression and prepares you for the trek across the massive stone span. It serves as the primary gateway between the castle grounds and the tower's approach path.

Crossing the Great Tower Bridge

Once you step onto the sprawling bridge, you will face three massive Guardian Golems armed with heavy weapons and giant bows. Fighting these giants is entirely optional, as players can easily sprint past them using Torrent. Equipping stamina-boosting gear helps ensure a smooth run across the damaged masonry without taking heavy damage.

Near the far end of the broken bridge rests a glowing waygate portal. Interacting with this sending gate instantly teleports your character across the gap to the secluded base of the tower. This mechanism bypasses the severed section of the ancient stone highway safely.

Ascending the Divine Tower

After emerging from the portal, walk toward the massive double doors situated at the base of the structure. Opening these doors reveals a central elevator mechanism that takes you up to the higher interior levels. A secondary Site of Grace awaits at the top of the lift to offer rest before proceeding.

Follow the winding stairs out onto the open roof where a glowing sigil rests at the center. Interacting with this altar restores the dormant power within Godrick's Great Rune. Equipped at any Grace checkpoint, this active rune grants significant attribute bonuses across all stats.
